The Blue Building Above the Beach
You'll spot us before you reach us. The bright blue building at the top of Waterville, just behind the Butler Arms, with flower boxes in the windows and picnic benches out front. That's Beachcove.
We took over in March 2024 with a simple idea: cook honest food with Kerry ingredients and let the view do the rest. Our eggs come from Forest Farm. The smoked salmon is from Daly's. The black pudding is Skellig. When something's good locally, we use it. When the sun comes out, we open the doors and the whole Atlantic is your dining room.
In our first year, 174 people left us five-star reviews. They mention the fish and chips, the friendly welcome, the view that stops you mid-bite. We're seasonal, so when we're open, we make every day count. Bring the dog. We'll sort them out with a puppuccino.
